Just to let you know I am at home and am doing well not much swelling or any stress to the body and feeling good. Im so glad to follow all your instructions. I was able to change my dressings before I left Manila and then when I got to Sydney so I think that might have helped as well as lots of water

All my lady friends keep on asking me to show them my breast and new mid section. I do like how my breast feel, its soft. My friend even said that she hardly feel the implant. Though sometimes I think that my breast is too obvious since by abdomen is flat after tummy tuck.

Can I apply some bio Oil with my scar? If yes, when can I start doing this? A friend of mine said she use bio oil with her scar.

My nose looks so natural and as you said it suit my face. Now I’m not self conscious about my nose. People often complement me and notice my eyes, my face and not anymore my nose. Hi there Doc, Hi Doc how is everyone in your world?

I was surprised with the people at the customs look at me, they wouldn’t let me in because I didn’t look like my photo lol. They ask for my previous photos, lucky I have some in my FB account. The custom people were surprise on how I look more my younger photo. Management came down and all was ok. They said if in future you could put the patients full name on the letter, their date of birth and passport number. Geez dam tough over this way 🙂

My face still continue to feel tight and still have some numbness at my cheek. I know you said and explained that is part of my healing. I’m continuing to heal well. The right side of my face is a bit more swollen than the left but everything seems ok and as you explained. Otherwise I’m hunky dory.

I will keep you posted on my progress and I will send you photos. Than you for your outstanding service. I do appreciate you and your staff’s efforts.

Doc, I like to inform you that all my swelling had gone down and I don’t see and bruising anymore. Thank you for my new look. My face do look refresh, you are right, MACS lift and fat treatment is will not give me that freak look that I don’t like. Thank you for explaining everything to me and taking time to answer all my question. I know how busy are you doc, but you never fail to answer all my questions, this made me feel more comfortable with you. I so happy I made the right decision going to you.

Also, I like to inquiry when can I go back to have my upper eye lids done. As I said I don’t want to drastic change on my face. So I think I can have my upper eye done by early next year. Hope all is well. Just would like to share a little bit of my experence with your patients as it made a huge impact in my life and my family as well. I was searching for a good doctor that would “magically” give me a “renewed” nose without looking like I got it done. Your website came up and showed pictures of patients and I was blown away. You were the only doctor I consulted so I hope those pic were not altered. Little did I know that there was an interview and you looked verrrrry serious. I was not prepared for it so it was nerve wracking like a job interview to see if I was a good candidate. I guess I passed and everything was explained. I showed pictures of a natural looking and not the high-towered bridge and you made it possible. After the surgery, I was really amazed and you told me, “Ang ganda mo na mabubuntis ka ulet” and voila, I got pregnant after my 18yo!!! For 4 years, this little munchkin preferred breastfeeding making me pay you another visit for a different surgery and this time for breast augmentation. I wanted to look like I was naturally blessed with big breast and again, you made it happen. Not just me who was was very ecstatic with the result but my persistent hubby as well.

Hello. How are you? You must be floating with endless compliments from your clients! I’m sending you this email, because my new nose is 2-years old today, March 14, done when I was 46. I’m using the same glasses I purchased at Sarabia. It’s so light and comfortable.

I’ve been endlessly postponing to write an email to you, because I just want to disappear in my new nose, and not talk about it. The truth is that it’s hard to ignore certain things people say about me in passing. And I’m not vain enough to let other people know that, except to those that counts…you. 🙂 Because it’s your work.

When I was getting new glasses last year, the doctor who was Middle Eastern thought I was Lebanese. The UPS delivery guy who visits my workplace a lot thinks I’m Iranian. And then my new co-workers I’ve been working with since last year thought I was Italian. They had to verify. I wanted to tell them, yes, I was born in Naples, moved to Rome, then settled in Manila eventually. But I didn’t tell them that. Then, I was going to the bank one morning and an older white-guy stopped me because he thought I was someone he knew and mentioned a name that sounded like a Jewish guy’s name. Do you see where I’m going here? You did something genius. Unbelievable.

I’ve never told anyone in my family I had something done. I kept it a secret, because your work looked so natural. Only on July last year did my cousin noticed something. I guess because she sat so close to me. It took more than a year for a family member to notice. I think she’s telling everybody now.

I hope things are fine with you, and your wife. And regards to your helpers, the driver and nurse who took me to the hospital on my last day. They treated me well. Once again, I remember your humility and the way you were with me, sincere, straightforward, and professional.  I really appreciate that.

I remember you mentioned if I can give you a review. I think the review is probably negligible at this point, since the review would boil down to ‘cultural difference’, or that you’re working in a slightly different cultural mind-frame. If you still want it, I can share my opinion.

Hello Dr. Lorenzo!! I have finally caught up with my small business paperwork and now have the time to say thank you so much to you and your staff. I am very happy with the outcome of the surgery.

Let me just share some things that happened since I got back home:
– i gave my Filipino neighbors pasalubong and they are not commenting on my new look, simply ignoring. Wonder why. Does not bother me.
– My grandson and I took one of my developmentally disabled patient to the doctor the other day. The Caucasian doctor asked me “how old is your son?” I replied “oh he’s my grandson doctor and he’s 3.5 year old”. Dr said “you look young to be a grandpa”. Hehe
– today I went to pickup meds at the pharmacy. Filipina clerk called me “ading” (ilocano word for younger people). I asked her why she just called me ading and she replied “because you younger than me”. She’s 39 Dr Lorenzo!!

I hope you can still remember me, Debi. I had a rhinoplasty done in your clinic last 2016. I hope everything’s fine with you and your family as well as the friendly nurses in your clinic.

So far, almost all of my insecurities and worries about my new nose are almost gone. I am also very flattered with the results because the new nose didn’t seem to show a much altered overall facial features. It didn’t seem to make strange impacts on others who knew me before my operation. Even my kids insisted that they do not notice the new nose.

Now, I am quite interested to undergo a chin augmentation as well as a buccal fat removal. I feel uncomfortable with my protruding mouth/ lips and the new nose seems to draw more attention my thick lips.

I can’t travel home in the immediate future for I am still adjusting to a new job. I need to work some more months to get the possibility to take a two week vacation.

Thanks very much ahead for the information. I don’t want to go to any other doctor because I am very satisfied with results of your operation.

My doctor, Dr Rino is a good and genuine man. When he talk and explain or give information he do this with compassion. I find him to be a very caring man, and during my first visit with him, I felt the warm th of his company. This experience made me very comfortable, and positive, about what he was suggesting for my procedures. Im glad that I made my decision in having my face surgery with him.

The compliments about ‘my looks for my age’ are continuous! Many people will not believe my age when I tell them. Of course I never tell them that I have had surgery. I feel very good, and the procedure has boosted my positivity about being as happy as one can be while ageing!

With regard to all other matters, including costs etc, I did some research before making my initial appointment with Dr Lorenzo. I satisfied myself that the proposed costs and charges were all very competitively priced. So these matters were never an issue for me.

It’s been 8 weeks since my nose job done, everything is good so far, its just scar still showing but I know it’s need more time and patient for healing that. The scar is much better now. I ask if my nose tip will be soft. My tip is so hard when I touch it. I know you said that it will improve. I just want to sure and hear from you. But overall, Im happy and my nose looks natural.

Its been 7 months from the last time I had my last follow up. And much of my swelling went down, Im so relieve. You are right, there is a lot of improvement as each month passes by. I can see changes. I know I may sound odd or freak, but I do take pictures each month. As Im so excited to see my progress. I like my nose now doctor. I hope it will not change anymore or will there be after a year? I also like the tip and its more narrow. I hate my old nose, its so strong and I look like my dad more.

My friends do appreciate the changes, and then are not able to pin point immediately that I had my nose done. You are right doc. And I often get compliment about how I look. Also, I hope the scar at the side of the nose disappear. I kn ow you said that scar dont disappear and it will improve, but I hope doc it fades completely. But dont get me wrong, Im so happy with my result. Im just a perfectionist.

My apologies for my late email.  When I got back to the states, I was in extreme pain in my left neck and shoulders and have to recuperate.  I am still in the recovery phase at this time and a physical therapy was arranged.  Thankfully, my rhinoplasty was not affected by the pain and I am happily recovering in everything.

My colleagues at work can’t be fooled with nose jobs.  It is quite hard to be discreet from OR nurses when something is done in any part of your body.  However, they are unanimous in saying that it suits me well and very natural.  Some are planning to have theirs done as well and guess who I recommend? You.  So watch out for inquiries.

Thank you for doing a great job in my procedure and what a rare instance to have met you and experience your skills first hand.  You already know what I fear about – blood, needles, wound, scars, and all the thoughts that come with it.  And you have always been considerate.  I told them all about you.  I hope that is alright.

How is everything?

Doc I just want to share you my experience the moment I reported to work, almost 60% of of my coworker didn’t recognize me, hahaha!!!!. Un iba ilang beses ako nakasalubong and they are ignoring me they thought I was somebody else, hehehe, the result is very natural hindi sya fake and artificial looking that will catch unnecessary attention. they just knew it was me when they heard me talk and I can’t imagine the reaction of their faces. Sabi ng iba I look like younger and my face become thin, very overwhelming lahat ng comments nila lalong nakakainspire.

I just wanted you to know that I am so happy with my nose and my new look. Everyone here could not tell what changes I made. All the comments are very overwhelming especially when they told me that I look 10 years younger now. So I thank you a lot Doc for giving me this new look and giving me back my confidence.

Dr Rino is very patient and service oriented. I’m from overseas and found Dr. Lorenzo over the internet. I interviewed two U.S. cosmetic surgeons prior to visiting the Philippines for my face surgery and needed some works done because personal reasons. Dr. Lorenzo and his staff were excellent. The doctor take time to explain everything and my consultation was relaxing as Dr Rino make sure that I understand what he said. But to be honest, there are a lot of information to swallow in one meeting.

My helpful hints are, I was not prepared for aftercare so it will be best to ask this with your doctor. However, Dr Rino and his team covered that with, for an outside fee, providing a private care nurse, which I needed. Shame on me!

Just to update you with how I look like since the splint was taken off. My flight was uneventful. Hubby was speechless when he picked me up but after few minutes in the car, he said  hindi naman pala halata masyado, pero naging kamukha ko raw si Kristina Gonzales ayayayyy!!!!! Im so amaze of the transformation I gone through. My kids and husband are also very happy for me. I have that natural look, they said that I still look their mom but a better me. Thank you talaga Doc. You guide me so well.

Then I have successfully attended the party I told you, with a concealer under my eyes. I have given my speech as well, sabi ng mga guests bakit biglang umiba yong mukha ko. My auntie kept asking what did I do … hahaha.. she wanted to have I fat graft too. underneath my nose still have things that needed dressing. my tummy still swollen but overall I feel great.

I found Dr Lorenzo to be a very caring man, and during my email exchanges
with him, prior to my meeting him in person, I gradually ‘warmed’ to him as
a person. This experience made me very comfortable, and positive, about what he was
suggesting for my procedures. When I met Dr Lorenzo in person all of my positive feelings were totally substantiated. I was sure that I had made a good decision to ‘go’ with him.

Further, my wife who is very cautious with ‘new’ people, took to him
immediately – a very rare event!

Dr Lorenzo questioned me, in the company of my wife, asking me many relevant
questions about how deeply I had thought about the proposed procedure.
Apparently, he was making very sure that I was certain about what I was
doing!!

I should say here, and I did not mention this to Dr Lorenzo, that I had
visited another surgeon (an extremely well known cosmetic surgeon to the
‘Stars’)quite a while before. I aborted my contact with him as I never felt comfortable.
He did the opposite of Dr Lorenzo, and seemed far too indifferent to my
feelings. He was more concerned about his personal schedule, and was hustling me to
accept his procedure immediately. I did not like that at all.

About my surgery, I can say that I was very happy at the outcome!
In fact I am delighted about the outcome. The compliments about ‘my looks for my age’ are continuous! Many people will not believe my age when I tell them. Of course I never tell them that I have had surgery. I feel very good, and the procedure has boosted my positivity about being as
happy as one can be while ageing!

Everything about the whole event was very controlled, and I never had one
moments worry or concern during the actual operation.
In fact, I have good memories while I was on the operating table as Dr
Lorenzo and I exchanged amusing remarks about the procedure!

Post operation Dr Lorenzo organised for my immediate removal from the
hospital to a local hotel, and installed a ‘live in’ ‘theatre’ nurse with
me. She stayed with me constantly, and cared for me over a few days .

There were no complications or difficulties, and Dr Lorenzo made ‘house
calls’ on me in the hotel. I can honestly say that I never had one moments concern during the whole time I was ‘under care’.

Good evening Doc. Taglish na lang para medyo dramatic hihi. 6 mos na po since ng operation nyo. So far okay naman po wala naman po ako naging problema. Yun ibang tao napapansin siguro pero di nagsasalita, sa laki ba naman ng balat na natanggal matural malaki ang improvement. Sa mga taong mahalaga sakin, sinasabi ko yun totoo, I have received nothing but compliment po. Sabi nila buti daw bumagay sa’kin kasi may mga tao na hindi daw binabagayan. Tuwing naririnig yun ng mama ko natutuwa din sya lalo para sa akin, sabi nya po buti daw concern talaga kayo sa magiging result ng operation nyo at talagang kinausap at nagpaliwanag pa daw po kayo sa kanila. Ako naman syempre lalong masaya dahil napunta ako sa magaling na surgeon.

Iniisip ko po na dumalaw sa inyo kasi yun ay isa din sa paraan ng pagpapasalamat. Kaso doc natural na mahiyain ako sa mga ganon, lalo pa ang gaganda talaga ng mga clients nyo hehe. When we arrived Sydney I asked Josie if I looked swollen and have bruises because I kind of expecting it since my blood pressure was still above normal. But it’s all good. Today is my 1 month and 5 days post op. Seeing with the results on the first 3 weeks makes me feel uncomfortable especially meeting with my friends. Scars is very evident as well as the red pinkish discoloration on the sutures area making it more eye capturing scene into my colleagues, and it makes me feel more conscious about it, I cant even feel my nose….hehehehehe.

After few more weeks and until now, some swealling had been subsided, rough, deep and discolored scars starts to make fine (as you promised)… I can now feel my nose but tender, often uncomfortable some sort of itcheness… I can now see the result and it is amazing, words are not enough to give you thanks doc.

This is something funny coz, some of my friends could not even recognized me.. when I say hello to them they would rather say “hala, parang iba, parang siya?” They are confused now. And also I have one friend, it was during lunch time when i seat in the front of him to eat, what happened was this friend of mined did not even talk nor say anything. Until when I about to finish my food and say to him “kumusta bro?” And thats the time he said”oi kuya welbert ikaw pala yan, I was confused then”.

Back then, I really hate my self to be in the pictures or even picture taking, but now this is overwhelming coz I have to make it sure that I have to be in every picture…. and they called me “selfie lord” well, its up to them….For the past 3 years I did not even upload new pictures nor update my status on facebook, twitter and instagram…. now guess what? Everyday….. hahahahahahaha… so happy for the result dok.

I can say that made the right dicision for myself, a life changing decision…. I consulted a lot of surgeon, but only you earn my trust and I believe in your ability thats it! Your staff was really nice and kind I really appreciate it.

How are you.How was your trip to Chicago.I hope you had a good time. I’m doing better,still with numbness both sides of my face. The bump on my left neck slowly shrinking . Scabs almost all gone. I have an elevated scarring or a bit of hump on outer side of my eyes but as you said its slowly flattening out, I hope they will get better soon, but as you said I have to be patient as I could see my progress. Still doing the warm air treatment till next week. Im getting a lot of compliments from my friends & co-workers and one of my friend is interested to do the same, maybe next year.

Thank you very much for making me look better,refreshed. You are right, its refresh looking and so natural, rather than the pulled out look. Im so glad that I followed my friends advise to go to you.

In May 2014 I visited Dr. Lorenzo’s office obtain his opinion as to having some facial cosmetic surgery done to my eyelids and neck. He recommended having both upper and lower eyelids done and tightening up the sagging area under my chin. I had researched Manila costs of various procedures. He gave me an estimated cost. I gave my offer, which he readily accepted, and the what and how much was promptly and amenably settled.

Next the Doctor explained in detail how the operation would be done, what discomfort was involved, and the estimate of what duration of the healing process would be. I accepted his recommendation to have local anesthesia only, for best results, and to have the operation done at the hospital rather than his clinic office.

Despite some trepidation, to my surprise the lengthy operation was enjoyable for the reason that Doctor Lorenzo kept up a lively conversation with me and the nurses throughout, and the time passed surprisingly quickly. It was entirely painless.

From that period on, for the next ten days I was treated like a baby by the staff – The Doctor and one of the nurses visited my hotel room, and I had two office appointments to clean up my face, and remove the stitches. Despite my concerns, various wrinkles and discolorations disappeared as the Doctor had predicted and precisely within his time estimate.

Overall my experience with his office, staff, and himself was one of constant surprise at their combined skill, compassion, and friendliness. I have separately thanked them all for the wonderful result and experience.

It’s 3 months today since my surgery and I am so, so happy with the result. I have enclosed a picture taken this morning and one taken when my hair was blonde. I have nothing to be concerned about now apart from herniated fat pads below my eyes which I can happily live with. Everything has healed beautifully and the only problem was that damn numb scalp which got itchy at times. Still does a little but not so that it bothers me.

I’ve got back about 50% feeling and I’m okay with that. Bruising under the eye or blood staining (not sure which) took about 2 months to fade but it’s okay now.

Just wanted to let you know that I’ve been just fine here. I do have a couple of stitches but a few have fallen out. I have stopped wearing my garment to get use to not having the support from it. I’m enjoying the results of the tummy! Much easier to wear singlets and tshirts now!! Very happy indeed, the inner thigh area is slowly healing too. I still got a bit of pain there, on my sides and my arms as well. But all definitely bearable. Other than that everything is healing perfectly.

I think when I come back I might get you to review the final results and tell me if there is anything else that may need work. But I am quite happy with everything so far. Plenty of compliments 🙂

“The Breast Augmentation went well and to plan with good results. No pain at all just slight discomfort after with the swelling but nothing to speak of. Was up and around the next day and the doctor came to our hotel to follow up. When reviewing where to have this done we looked at Thailand as well as the Philippines. We found the advice given by Dr. Lorenzo better than Thailand and would recommend him as a better option given the review and honest advice he gave, even to the point of not recommending the most expensive option but the correct option for us. “At the age of 26, I have decided to have a rhinoplasty surgery with another doctor that resulted in multiple major complications thus leading to an additional three corrective surgeries/procedures. Not only that it was an experience so traumatic, I was very unsatisfied with the final results. I was not pleased with my appearance and my breathing was largely obstructed.
